To ensure your child’s absences are recorded correctly in Edsby, please follow these steps when entering absences:
- For a full-day absence, select a start time of 7:00 a.m. and an end time of 5:00 p.m.
- Do not use “Beginning of Day” or “End of Day” options.
- This is especially important if your phone or computer is set to CST/Saskatchewan time, as this can cause a one-hour error in the system.
